Caroline is the Founder and Chairperson of Caroline J Global Holdings (Pvt) Ltd, operating across fashion, beauty, modelling, talent management, event production, branding and media — locally and internationally. Beyond pageantry, she has built a strong presence as an entrepreneur and social-impact advocate.
She is the founder of Jataa, a non-profit created to empower vulnerable women and challenge the stigma surrounding chemotherapy-related hair loss; of Podi Kaday, a platform supporting and promoting micro-level entrepreneurs; and she is Founder and Director of Esoterique by Caroline J, a beauty venture centred on personalised experiences, confidence and self-expression.
Throughout her journey she has used her platform to advocate for women's empowerment, child protection, social awareness, entrepreneurship and community development. Through mentoring, public speaking, brand collaborations, media appearances and charitable initiatives, she continues to inspire individuals to embrace confidence, resilience and purpose.

Nishan Deepal
An accomplished entrepreneur, marketing consultant and event professional with experience spanning event management, entertainment, branding and creative ventures. Founder of Idea Pleasure and Hidden Hours Events and Entertainment, and Marketing Consultant at SKG Events — contributing expertise in marketing, business development and event strategy. He is also the Founder of Podi Kaday, Esoterique by Caroline J and Jataa.lk, continuing to explore opportunities that connect entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation.
Kusal Perera
An accomplished entrepreneur and businessman with diverse experience across event management, construction, business development and creative ventures. Founder of SKG Events, Co-Founder of E&D and a Director of SKG Construction Company, he contributes to the company's strategic growth and development. With an entrepreneurial mindset spanning multiple industries, he continues to build and support ventures that create opportunities across the business, events and creative sectors.
